The online Data Stewardship course provides an introduction to research data management. It was created within the framework of the international, EU-funded DocEnhance project by a working group of research data management specialists at UiT, The Arctic University of Norway. It is provided under CC BY 4.0 license.

The course is designed primarily for Ph.D. candidates at universities and research institutes to prepare them for interactive seminars with peers as well as collaborations with partners from the non-academic sector. It functions as an independent teaching and learning resource,open and free of charge for anyone who wishes to improve their competencies and skills in research data management.

The course can be taken at any point of time, anywhere. To gain access to the final exam, which enables you to receive a certificate, please enrol in the course.
