10.4 Preparing for Modules 2 and 3 of the DocEnhance Data Stewardship course

Module 2 is a workshop with practical assignments, where you will practice the skills that you learned in Module 1. Module 2 is called ‘Interdisciplinary’, reflecting that you as a student will meet students from other subject areas than your own. Training yourself in handling data from different and unfamiliar subject areas is a vital part in developing your transferable skills in data stewardship.  

Module 3 is the last module. Here you need to combine the skills you've learned in Module 1 and 2 in real world activities, by visiting some entity from outside academia, including business enterprises, public service entities or NGO offices. The tasks you're assigned will be defined in cooperation between your university and the actual unit you visit.
